Cookies & Privacy Statement.

As you might expect, we take information security pretty seriously.  This page contains answers to the most common questions, but email [email protected] if we don't already have you covered.

I have a question...

Do you collect cookies?

Yes.  But only essential ones.  As most businesses do, we collect information about who's visiting our website, what they're looking at, and for how long.  We use this for two purposes: to gauge the market's interest in our work, and to improve the website itself, by putting the things people like front and centre, and putting less emphasis on the things they don't.  We don't use this information for anything else, and it is never communicated to anyone outside the organisation.

What's your SSL status?

We have an up-to-date SSL certificate, even though we're not sending or receiving any particularly sensitive information.  It's just good practice, and we recommend you force SSL connections with every website you visit.

Is my browser compatible?

You've probably noticed if isn't.  We suggest you run the latest version of Chrome, Firefox or Safari.  If that doesn't fix things, email [email protected] and we'll try to get to the bottom of the problem(s).

What platform does Gyoll run on?

Just HTML, JS, and CSS.  While we have nothing against popular CMSs like Wordpress and Drupal, we wanted our shopfront to be as lightweight and performant as possible.  Our live chat service is provided by Drift.

Can I opt out of your newsletter?

First thing first, this suggests you opted in.  Thanks!  That being said, if you don't like the information we send on a semi-regular basis, you can unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link in any of our newsletters.  If you don't have one to hand, email [email protected] and we can manually remove you.  We don't duplicate lists, though, so gone is gone - make sure you mean it!

What's your legal information?

Gyoll Ltd is a limited company, established in the UK with reference number 07677220, and trading since 2011.

We were previously named Ben Hanson Limited, although this changed in early 2018 as the scope of our work grew.
